Starship customizations gone

I just noticed that all the customizations I made to my ships in the ship tailor are gone - it's set back to the default version for every ship. I can change most of the ship design options (saucer/hull/nacelles/etc) to put them back the way they were, but I can't change the hull color back to what it was.
