Bought zen an hour ago - still haven't gotten it.

Just as the tittle says.
It was charged on my debit card - still waiting.

Tried to go to the support page, I get an internal error.

Never's taken me this long to get my zen in the past.

Anyone else having problems?

- Oh I forgot to mention, I bought it in game using the zen tab.

    yeah I'm having the same issue today, it actually failed the first time since I left out middle name on card, then posted second as pending... I show both charges on my bank card and it's still pending. Never had to wait this long before either.

    It's now been about three hours.

    Gettin a little concerned.

    Today's my day off - wanted to have a little fun.

    If I don't get it today, it'll be no good to me as I'm workin through the weekend. :/

    yeah their entire website is actually acting up pretty badly, tons of pages won't load and not much is working correctly.

    I did, It took about twelve hours or more tho.

    Apparently they were having problems with either Arc, or the website or somethin.

    Either way, I owe them a debt of gratitude.
    I was prepared to spend more tryin to get that ship, but because of the way things went down, I spent more on Memorial weekend instead.
    I was the hero with the fam last weekend :p
