in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
The mission received from hitting tier II in the Lukari Rep is completed by listening to Transmission One not Two. Just reconfirmed by having mission for Message I, II, and III on an alt can completed I and II by listening to just Transmission One. Then i completed III by listening to Transmission Three and never viewed Two, which is listed as requirement, to listen to prior transmissions. Seems as though One sets state of Two as being view and Two does not set it's own state as being viewed. Also seems you should be paying me to beta test your software. :P

    I didn't have the same experience. Mine happened/worked in order, for example. Strange...
