Diversionary Tactics and Control Amplification

The tooltip for Diversionary Tactics indicates it should trigger Control Amplification. However, it is not doing so (tried with both Threatening Stance On and Off in the Japori patrol at Advanced Difficulty). It may be a tooltip issue, but since it is either placating or taunting (both of which are control effects), I would assume it is intended to trigger Control Amplification by design (although you know what they say about assuming...).

As it's not a boff ability, I doubt it's intended to trigger Control Amplification. Just like Plasmonic Leech doesn't trigger Drain Infection.

Normally I'd agree with you, but Timeline Stabilizer does trigger Control Amplification. So either that shouldn't happen or it is intended for all "Clicky" powers (BOFFs, Consoles, etc) to trigger Control Amplification. Or maybe it's just a case-by-case thing.
