Outfits bought not showing as purchased

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
The 23rd advanced ec suit and Jupiter uniform I bought for my characters to use is not showing as purchased. An I bought the All faction mega bundle and temporal special agent bundle so they should not be showing as unpurchased for the two outfits mention

    try the promotion tab in c store. you may have to claim the bundle

    Did still shows with zen and not as claim or purchased item. Should mention got it from the packages the two outfits listed but even with like legacy of Romulus pack outfits and ships show as claim or purchased
