Scramble Fighters seems to be bugged - if you spam the refresh key on 2 hangar ships if either one is one CD it wont grant the immunity. It does still grant the dmg and heal, but the immunity only grants if both hangars are off cooldown. Unable to stagger the hanger Cds for dmg/heal and get immunity every 15 sec.
