Stabilised Folded-space transporter goes through forcefields

This may or may not be a bug, it is however somewhat disturbing. Frankly I got the feeling that the implications of adding an ability such as Stabilised Folded-space Transporter haven't been fully considered.

To give just a few examples where it does things it shouldn't do:

- it can be used against flying targets, meaning that players can reach places they're not supposed to reach (swarmers in the Dyson zone for example, see my other thread about this)
- Players can transport through floors in Khitomer ground, and even through forcefields. In Khitomer ground this means you can skip half the map. It's not really problematic, but I doubt it was intended.
- Same in infected ground: it's possible to transport through the forcefield at the start, meaning you can start killing enemies before the mission even begins.
- Positive thing here: it's no longer possible to lock out and troll others in the room with Ogen and Manus as players can now enter the room even with the forcefield in place.
- The ability also allows players to move through walls. Taking Infected Ground as an example again, this means you can transport to the next room, trigger the assimilation and get ahead of the rest of the team - who then have to deal with all the extra enemies. So it opens up new ways to troll others.

While I'm having a lot of fun with this kit module, I think some limits need to be imposed as it's really too disturbing in some missions. First of all, I would limit it to targets that are on the same plane as the players, so exclude flying targets. Second, players shouldn't be able to move through forcefields, walls and even floors. Third, I would suggest limiting the range, although that may not be really necessary anymore after these other things have been done.

And then I haven't even mentioned the episodes where players can suddenly reach places where they shouldn't be able to get.

Brea (Cutting the Cord) for example. By clicking an enemy on the mini map, a player can transport through invisible walls, onto the parts of the map that were never finished.

Other missions that might be radically changed (in the sense that they suddenly become easier because players can do things they're not supposed to do) are for example Bug Hunt. It's now possible to transport behind the Ravagers that are on the higher up platforms at the end stage. Simply killing these enemies by attacking them from behind means that the players have a safe platform and that even Elite versions of the mission become too easy as players can almost not be killed anymore once they're up there.

These are just some examples that make me wonder whether this ability was tested well enough. A few hours of playing and I have identified at least three missions (Infected Ground, Khitomer Ground, Bug Hunt) one open zone (Voth Battlezone) and one episode where this ability can be very disruptive.

Yeah we just had an instance of the Binary circuit (PVE) instance wrecked by this, one of the reds was using this to keep us pinned down in the first room, total cheese for which a report has already been filed, PVE or not cheaters should not be tolerated.
