Battle cloak won't disengage

Whenever I engage the battle cloak on my Temporal Raider, it won't decloak unless I make myself die or repeatedly hit the cloak button dozens of times and mash every button I can until it finally registers

I went though the trouble to buy all three tactical escorts from the c-store. Just so I can use the battle cloak on a federation ship.

The battle cloak on my tactical escort (T6) is having a similar issue. It will work 3 or 4 time, before i'll be stuck in cloak. The only way I'm able to continue the battle, is to physically remove the console from the slot. If I can stay out of combat long enough to put the console back in. Then it might work 1 or 2 more time, before i'm stuck again.

I don't know that this will ever be fixed. It's been a problem since this came out on console day one. It's worse for romulans especially since the battle cloak is built in to the ships, there's very little to turn it off. Kind of why my romulan gathered dust forever.

I just started using this and have ran in to the same issue, they need to fix this as I was reported already for cloaking and not fighting but I cloaked to heal and could not uncloak to attack again. This needs to be fixed I have talked with a few Xbox Live friends and they have the same issue. ARC please take a look at this issue.

Same problem unable to decloak on Romulan or Klingon have to abort mission and never use cloak again

I went and bought the ships I needed for the stealth fighter set. When I cloak I cannot fire while cloaked....Phaser cannons and turrets. Then I can't get back out of cloak without leaving the area. Please fix this or credit my ZEN back. Thank you.

I've had this happen numerous times, and have also reported it on here before. I've been trying to get the glitch to happen (it's usually happened when cloaking while under fire) with no luck. Have you guys fixed it with the most recent update (while TRIBBLE up the auto-execute commands)?

Vid starts with Khopesh Tactical Dreadnought Warbird using the Cloaked Barrage console from the Scimitar. I continually try to disengage the Battle Cloak repeatedly, but all I get is a 5 second cool down cycle every time.

Update: went back into Brushfire (mission) and the cloak wouldn't turn off without having used the Cloaked Barrage. I got it to disengage eventually by spamming the cloak (mapped to LB for quick use) very rapidly. If this is how we will have to get this to disengage then you should send everyone a new controller every so often. The amount of button presses it will take to turn the cloak off will wear out the LB pretty quickly.

I've found the sane thing with various consoles, cloak, MVAM, chevron/saucer separation. The quick fix is to fly away, and unequip then re-equip the console. It resets the feature, unlocking or researching depending on the console.

You can't decloak...as in, you can't get into combat, either? That totally sucks.

Did they port over the mess we have on PC where interacting with any thing (buttons...including pop ups with NPCs and BOFFs) during a mission turns off cloak?

I see this problem all the time with my Romulan ships warbirds. It seems to be random what triggers it. I could cloak then de cloak 4-5 times during a mission and on the next battle I'm about to engage (out of combat) I'm stuck cloaked.

All I could point it to is I normally target an enemy ship, hit auto fire on my weapons, hit a beam/cannon buff then de-cloak for max effect on de-cloaking for the buff. Unfortunately I'm just floating there not de-cloaking and burnt out my buffs.
