Patching Not Patching

This has happened in several episodes I tried to play patching would completely stop most recent was the episode Butterfly Effect but I don't think it matters which episode, because it has happened in each episode I've tried to play. While loading, the patching meter would just stop in the case of Butterfly Effect the patching was reading 27 with 0 transfer rate in progress. I let it go for at least 15 minutes and still nothing on the screen not even the screen shot.
