Minor issue here.
Got trapped/stuck in one of the doors (section 2) when it opened.
I was flying up against it as it was about to open. Then I seemed to get trapped inside the upper panel as it opened. Couldn't move.
This used to happen in breach as well, getting caught in the wall geometry.
