Massive Graphical Lag and Frame Rate Drop

Since the Season 13 update, I have been experiencing massive amounts of graphical lag. When I load into the game, things start off fine. But once I enter an area or event that has lots of enemies or is very large (i.e. when higher levels of demand is placed on the computer’s resources), the game frame rate slows to a crawl, rendering me almost completely frozen in the worst cases. This has made things like Core Assault almost completely unplayable for me.

I also suspect that this might be feeding into the gameclient.exe crashes that people have been experiencing.
