Carrier Pets Still Broken Please Fix

I just did a run on The Battle of Procyon V (normal) to test basic Callisto Escort pets in my Jupiter and it was just awful.

Hangar pets seem to frequently, but not always, stop moving while the carrier is in combat. Launching the pets at the start of the mission, they did not once engage in a fight until round two and only after I went to pick them up and take them to a conflict. Carrier pets, especially frigates/escorts, are far too slow, even at non impulse speed they seem to not be able to keep up with the carrier regardless of command mode, please double their speed. Basic Callistos will also not engage full impulse when the carrier does, often leaving them behind, please resolve this, or can I please have my 3000 Zen back? Callistos have been broken since day one. I feel as though hangar pets should stick with the carrier like glue, they do not, will you ever fix this? PLEASE!? I've given you people A LOT of money, I deserve working carrier pets.

Casual test on Argala map: Elite Callisto still underperform and get left behind. If they were fixed, something else broke. Benthan cruisers zip around as expected but Callistos fly like powered bricks.

Further testing done with basic Scorpion Fighters and Elite Sphere Builder Arehbes Frigate. Both fly very slow and cannot keep up with the carrier, normal speed and impulse both leave hangar pets behind. So much so that they just don't get to see combat unless they are spawned on a per fight basis, unfortunately, can't force de-spawn without un-equipping, even so, then you lose experience progress for pets.

I also saw a fellow player during a queue, he was using the Xindi carrier with it's respective frigate pets, seemed to be having the same issue of hangar pets falling behind. Overall damage output is pretty good from what I've seen, but again, my hangar pets are almost never in combat because they're left behind, so it's tough to tell how well they're performing.

I also have an issue with my Pathfinder long range science vessel T6 with aero shuttle console. The aero shuttle when launched at any time just remains stationary and does not move. It does nothing. I've tried to "reconnect / respawn" the shuttle but its does nothing wont even reconnect. I've only had the ship 2 days as a treat to myself and this was one of the main selling points of the ship and intrepid pack. Feeling really disappointed with it as like many other of these items its a console slot taken up. Furthermore, the aereoshuttle ability to fire a shockwave torpedo is another selling point of the 3 piece console set. This is now also rendered useless if the shuttle does nothing.

Added edit - after investigating in various PvE's and patrol missions in addition to the details above where the aero-shuttle does nothing if launched from stationary, when launched in motion or in combat the shuttle will either immediately fly off or in rare circumstances fight for a small period of time (less than 20-30 seconds in most instances) then fly off regardless if it has been damaged or not.

Creul frigates are basically useless unless you launch them within combat range of an enemy. They float around at normal impulse, and on maps with 40km+ distances between groups of enemies they are utterly pointless. They'll take 5 minutes to catch up, meanwhile players just kill the enemies before pets get there.

Maybe this is just an overlooked bug, but if it's a design choice, they just invalidated carriers.

I sure would like a direct answer from a Mod or Dev on at least -if- they are actively looking into it. Since they did mention it would be "fixed", that means that something failed to work as intended. Its not as if theyd never talk about it ...then I wouldnt bother but it was supposed to be in the patch and it just didnt do anything besides adding numbers to their stats and thus, added survivability, but they still are broken as hell in their behavior.

Failing to fix those invalidates any pure Carriers and thus they end up being nothing more than cashgrabs (and up to a point a hoax) so I should get my 3000 Zen back for it if the ship cant deliver on its purpose. I bought my Jupiter for -that- ...to be able to bring out pets, see them rain death while I support them hanging slightly back, being able to command them, adding complexity to space fights, being able to pull them back in my hangar, fly to a new fight, pull them back out ....feeling like a true admiral, commanding my "troops" ...

If I had known that they would be utterly useless in their commands, barely working only 1/5 of the time, I would have saved my Zens and bought either Master Keys, or another class of ship to suit another of my desires.

It seems that they "programmed" the pets to have MK1 Impulse engines and that may be why they cant keep up. I see my Callistoes activate something whenever I go Full Impulse, and they do try to follow me, but end up being to slow. Im pretty damn sure its because either their programmed "stats" arent high enough in their engine or they were "equipped" with lower end engines and cant keep up like a Tier 1 ship would againt a T6 with a very rare engine.

Every pet seems to be functioning differently. My basic scorpions seem to be doing okay, they keep up with the ship so long as I don't go full impulse, they even dock when told to. However, the same can't be said for the Callisto pets, among others. I too bought the Jupiter carrier when they released it and I bought it for the Callisto pets, those pets have been broken since day one. I feel as though I've been completely ripped off and with all the money I spent on this game I too feel the least they could do is give me my money back for the ship, let me buy a different one, something. But at this point I have a 3,000 Zen ship that I don't use because it doesn't deliver what was promised. They could at least acknowledge the issue, let us know they're working on something. I'm a bit concerned too considering the Summer Event ship is going to be a carrier, wtf is the point if hangar pets are broken!? The messed up thing is too, I played with hangar pets on Tribble, especially the Callistos, and they worked fantastically, they broke something during delivering the patch.
