23rd Century Char Ship Registry not changable

Currently, on my 23rd Century Character, the Ship Registry is not changable on any ship, newly commissioned or otherwise. The field doesn't show up at all on the edit function. The registry itself doesn't even show on the ship screen.

I put this in the ps4 forum too but it has been ignored. I am playing that version of the game right now. Is this a known issue that will be addressed? I want to bring this to someone's attention if not.
