Loadout tray. Again.

Since last weekend I am once again experiencing loadout issues. Every single time I beam up to my ship, there's one, or multiple things missing from, or moved in my tray. And once again, trying to reload a saved loadout does exactly jack TRIBBLE.

Why, cryptic, must we deal with this TRIBBLE every. single. update?
