Romulan Reputation T3 Web Access mission

I completed Romulan Reputation T3 and was given Web Access as a mission. I get to Paehhos cave entrance but cannot enter. I've tried doing the overgrown caves mission (again) yet still cannot enter the caves. Tried also talking to the NPC to the left of the transport system, he says he is too busy and has nothing for me.

Help please!!

    You will need to replay the Overgrown Caves mission again and stay inside to be able to complete Web Access.

    And make sure to click all the glowy stuff, especially in the final room. It'll ask you to view recording and submit report near the portal.
