arc app not awarding points

i have multiple toons and between them i have completed every quest on the app but i have not been awarded for half of them. Both me and a Friend are trying to unlock the samsar cruiser but we are both stuck on 7100 points and cannot unlock the rest even though we have met all the requirements.the quest that will not unlock are Vacation vistas, Restful resort, Desert drifter, Discovering the Dewans, The path to 2409, History of New Romulus, Shadows of the Solanae and The Iconian war
