[BUG] Kobali Prime Adventure Zone Showstopper

The act II mission 'Looming Shadows' does not start once you finish 'Data Recovery' leaving you stuck in the hill base. You cannot even unlock the transporter location there.

I took the liberty to drag a second (slightly different) federation character there to confirm the showstopper, and guess what it does stop there.

    It doesn't start cause that's no longer the next mission. The next mission is "With Friends Like These". Yeah, it's sort of messed up now as it doesn't trigger and so you have to start it manually. As for the transporter, that doesn't actually unlock until you complete Looming Shadows. Yep, messed up lol.
