Launcher will not launch after 3/23/17 update.

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
My launcher is stuck on "Error 36: A file was locked that could not be open for writing." and will not finish patching.
His methods have become unsound.

    Run it as an Administrator. Right-click the game shortcut.

    O.K. I just tried that. No luck. No difference switching between regular or safe mode either.
    His methods have become unsound.

    Right Klick on STO Folder and Write Permission set to Enable all Folders,Files and SubFolders
    First Only set Write Permision on "Star Trek Online.exe" and test
    when not set to all Folder and Subfolders and Files
    Or
    Copy your STO Folder in A new Folder or Partition. and rund the launcher from the new Folder .

    When all nothing Helps
    Reinstall Sto
