PC Patch Notes for 3/23/17

Greetings Captains!
We will be having a maintenance tomorrow 3/23 at 6AM Pacific for 3.5 hours. You can find our patch notes here.

    Please be aware that maintenance will begin in UTC land at 13:00 and not 14:00 as indicated on the launcher. PST is currently 7 hours behind UTC until UTC changes this coming weekend where it returns to 8 hours. After this the launcher should then be in sync. :)

    UTC doesn't change at all, it's universal. GMT changes to BST this weekend. UTC is a 24-hour clock version of GMT with no Daylight Saving/Summer Time adjustment.

    Seriously, whoever does these conversions needs to learn this as well. During DST, which is the majority of the year, UTC is 7 hours ahead of Pacific Time, but during Standard Time, it is 8 hours ahead. It's as simple as that and adjusting PM hours by adding 12.

    Coordinated Universal Time
    This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.

    Uh...
    -No fix for the ridiculous amounts of disappear and warp in during fights?
    -Phase cloak seems to be broken for the archon class (T6)..When decloaking opponents can take advantage of the shields being down for a few seconds while decloaking..
    -Horrible stuttering in asteroid fields, debri field, and area where there are alot of enviromental animations and high res sceneries and also the founders world is still bad..Sum it up, poor optimisation in DX11..
    -Unusually high amounts of lags and DC's since last 2 patches..

    One question..
    -Are the space balances implemented?

    I lost all hope they'll ever not mess up. It'd just be better at this point if they only showed their timezone (hopefully they could get that right).

    Incidentally, the maintenance ended up being two hours earlier than usual for me and I really hate that today.

    Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider.
    Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.

    Don't make ARC mandatory! Keep it optional only!

    It saddens me to no end that so many people still don't understand time zones... I've now just got one of my clocks set to Pacific time so I can work it out for myself.

    I think taking damage in the game is WAI ;)

    This problem kind of comes and goes for me.

    Yes. I'm aware that that was a very bad pun. But it's also true.
    Some days it doesn't happen once, and other days, it happens so often, it drives me bonkers. :p
