I gone tech support kind say it some kind bug have any you had the same problem and if so how did you solve it.

Dont have the Problem but i had few years ago when i was flying wihtout Warpcore xD
Put you warpcore/singuarly and impulse engine out and in , maybe solved your problem
Make This in Sol System or Drozana Station Outside not on ground zone ! And hit Balance Energie One time
Then test again
At me this have helps but 1 year ago

But another thing is your system are disabled by debuff which Combat was it ?

I've noticed this too but I was assuming that my ship had been knocked offline....
