Turbolift doesn't work for me in federation ships no matter what interior I use, please help

The turbo lift in my federation ships no matter what interior I use, it doesn't work for origin, nor delta, nor aquarius. But it does work for the new pioneer interior that comes with the TOS starting ship and it also works on the klingon and romulun ships.

I really want this fixed on my fed characters so can someone please help.
