omega force recruit accolade

for the omega force recruit and m.a.c.o. recruit accolades where exactly are we suppose to get the mark x gear set from? i am assuming there is also going to be an accolade for a mark xi set for both as well? i am rank 5 on task force omega and they are not there is only the the mark xii sets which i have both of and then the mark xii adapted set which i am currently working on finishing the only thing from that set i still need is the weapon which i just need a few more marks to start it.
is this a bug or am i suppose to find the gear from a random drop or something?
