Thought the new Phoenix prize pack was daily?

My one character that I played on 2 evenings ago got the prize pack from the Drozana station Ferengi. But when I went back there this evening and went to the same guy, no prize pack. So then I tried going through the mission overview, like I have many times before, but still no prize pack mission to start. I shudder to waste my time on a ticket since all I ever get is the runaround with those!! Any thoughts?

    I am actually surprised the Phoenix Packs can still be purchased from the Dil Store. I assumed they would have disappeared on Monday. Perhaps it was an oversight that tomorrow's maintenance will fix.

    It is still going on, for certain. I'm not sure why the OP had a problem with it, unless he tried to get a free one less than 20 hours after the previous one.
    This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.

    Then why does my PC date say it is March 8th? Just checked and it runs till tmmr Thursday March 9th. So I should have been able to get another pack. My other character had no problem literally minutes before I tried with this character.

    This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.

    The last time that I used this toon was on Sunday. So it's been 3 days since the last time I was able to claim one. Or to be safe 2.5 days ago.

    Huh... not sure why I thought it ended Monday.

    Perhaps my alcohol to blood ratio is too low. Nothing a bottle of 18 year old scotch can't fix.

    This promo was once per account last time as well. Nothing has changed. Also, if you compare this to say a free ship or free spec point promo, it's obvious as to why it's a once per account thing with this promo. If you have 50 characters, then you get 50 free packs. If you have 1 character, you get one pack. That doesn't make sense. You can funnel all of your phoenix packs to one character and not have to spend any dilithium. In the example of the free ship, you don't get additional stuff by having additional characters. In the example of the free spec points, each character gets their bound spec point and you can't funnel them to other characters. Even if you made phoenix packs character bound, you could still pass around your account bound gear to multiple characters and upgrade it across multiple characters. It's way more simple and fair to make it once per account.

    Back in the beforetimes when they gave out Lobi during the Featured Episode Replay it was one award per Account as well. Their collective consciousness' have lost the knowledge of how to give out that Lobi once per day per Account, however.

    I thought it ended monday, too, then logged in my guy at Drozana, saw the Ferrengi that hands out the boxes and went "D'oh", since I spent 40,000 dil on something else in the belief it was done. And I didn't have enough left to get 10.

    I also thought it was over Monday - it seemed that the ferengi that handed them out at DS9 was no longer there after then, anyway. Any chance the date on the splash page about them got edited, or am I just crazy/assumed it was a weekend thing?

    It was active just before maintenance OP, perhaps you had collected it and just forgot.

    Whilst the post on the net was showing as till the 6th, on the in-game banner it was the 9th, hench today, as I collected every day this week.

    It's once per acct. It was this way last time. It was announced as such.
