Galaxy class hull texture bug

I logged on today and found that the hull texture on my Galaxy class is bugged. It almost looks like the hull texture is blank or missing. I tried the starship customization to see what would happen; the other Exploration Cruiser models are fine, but the Galaxy class model just show up blank in the customization menu. The Galaxy Dreadnought appears to be having the same issue.
