PS4 KDF Ship requisition and ship customization bugged

Ship requisition at Qo'nos shipyard is bugged most of the starship thumbnails are blank, meaning you cannot even see what the ship looks like until you select the ship.
The ship customization dialogue is broken, selecting customize ship at Qo'nos shipyard takes you to a dialogue with blank presets and no ship making customization impossible as you can't see your ship at all.
Federation equivalents are not effected (wouldn't want to bug the poster faction now would we)
