Can't edit second costume on Xbox One?

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Does anyone else have the issue of not being able to edit their secondary costume? I can edit the uniform slot with no problem, but no matter what tailor I go to, I can't edit or even wear the secondary costume. I've tried 5 different tailors, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game. Is anyone else experiencing this?

    2nd is for fleet uniform

    That shows as being the 3rd outfit, which is locked since I'm not part of a fleet. It goes "uniform" then "outfit" then "fleet outfit." So this would be the off-duty or casual outfit. I pretty much just want to see what the Kahn outfit looks like that I got, but I can't even do that.

    I believe there is an issue with the tailor on console. They are supposedly working on a fix.
