[XBO] Duty Officer Assignments: unable to "begin assignment"

Since the latest update, I've been unable to send my duty officers on assignment. Regardless of where in Space we are, which assignments come up as available and which are "ready," the "(X) - Begin Assignment" button is greyed out. The only exception to this was that I was able to do a Tal Shiar secret mission, using a code unit from a lockbox. No other "ready" assignments can be started, regardless of which officers I assign, how many energy credits I have, etc etc. What am I missing?

Bump! Seriously, can't figure out why this went from working perfectly to not working at all. Am I the only one?
