empty lockboxes (Xbox One)

i just purchased 20 dominion/cardassian lockboxes from the exchange and opened 14 of them in quick sucession but when i checked to see what i had gotten there was absolutley nothing in the bottom of my inventory. is someone selling duff boxes or has it bugged on me,either way can i get a replacement for the 14 keys i have lost in the process.
