Teleporting enemies on X1

I dont really know how to explain this except the title.
I know enemies cloak and then theres the heirachy vanishing trick lol but this.....this is different,every enemy i come across in pve teleports,i dont lose lock on but they are in front of me 1 second and in a blink they are to my side or behind,some even do a weird lag dance across the screen.
Now if it was like this before i would put it down to connection and lag but its only happened since the AoY update,nothing has changed on my end and only thing changed ingame is AoY.
Is anyone else getting this? Or does anyone have any ideas what it is if it isnt a bug.
