Bridge officers do not have access to temporal rep armor costume pieces. If you go to where you can access the other armor pieces, you can see the temporal ones are not there.. I did buy the 3 piece ground set for the unlock.

    This is still an issue for a lot of people I've talked to in game. It can't be that hard of a fix considering they've recently added it to the list of costume pieces for NPCs in the foundry editor.

    Same issue across all of my characters. But I don't expect a fix anytime soon.
