I attempted to get the Bridge officers thinking that i had the spots available and i did not. So i purchased them and didn't receive them Because i didn't have the slots. I have now purchased 4 slots so i could get them. And they are still grayed out as if i have them And i do not. Would you be so kind as to reset it so i can get the 3 bridge officers from the Phoenix Prize Pack. I feel a bit stupid i made this error. Thank you in advance.
