STO/NW Xbox One Log On Problems

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Just got back from a week of vacation and I either get "no shards available" or "Account server connection could not be started. Try again later" when I try to log onto STO or NW on my Xbox One.

Anyone else having any problems? Is there a fix? I haven't been able to find anything relevant, so far.
