No 50-60 boost, no T6 Sovvy email?

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
Just wondering, as every player i know has recieved an email regarding a promotional c-store 50-60 rank boost, is it limited to select players as I have not recieved it? I'm a vet.
Thanks. Also no email with a t6 sovvy code.
