Anniversary Ship Slots and Dry Dock slots not showing, dispite claiming them.

I claimed the 2 free ship slots and the free dry dock slots on they day they were available on all of my characters - I waited to make sure that I received the system message on each character to confirm this (I wish I'd taken a screenshot of each now). However, these promotional items are not showing up on my Romulan/KDF character. When I went to receive the free Romulan ship, it told me that I was at the limit of my ship slots.

I checked to see if they were appearing in the Ship Selection screen, and there are no empty slots showing as available. I have not purchased or added any ships on this character in at least a month.

I am a vet player, subscriber, and have 7 slots that are filled on this toon (I have not completed the missions that grant additional slots, but I have claimed the vet reward slots). I have 9 empty Dry Dock slots (I rarely ever use the Dry Dock, so I'm not too concerned about losing out on those slots that were given away, even though I claimed them) so I can work around this issue, but I'm still a bit perplexed and bummed out about not getting those free slots on this toon, when I know I claimed them (and they appear to be working fine on the other characters I've checked. This is the only Romulan character I have, so I cannot confirm if it's repeatable to that faction).

I'm sure that there's nothing that can be done to recover these free promo slots, but I felt it necessary to report this, and see if anyone else has had this issue.

I submitted a bug report for one of my toons that did NOT receive the 2 ship slots, but DID receive the drydock slots. No response as of yet.

My other toons did receive both slots.
