Just realied.. did not get Holo Leeta

I saw someone with Holo Leeta on YouTube recently and realized my account does not have that. I spent over $300 this past holiday and did the requisite purchases to get that unlock. How do I get her and the ship from the holiday offer? Was there some code sent out via email?

My understanding of the wording was that you received "points" for spending certain amounts of money and those points had an expiration date that has long since passed.

There was a choice of rewards, didn't you wonder how and where you were supposed to make those choices?

I thought I read it right and all I needed to do was purchase the content and then it would unlock in-game.
F'n Cryptic and their stupid tricks.
It was after reading this (assuming you read it) that you should have tried to use your points. Unfortunately they are now forever gone.

Btw, it looks as those the freaking rewards page is linked as a hyperlink by this sentence "Captains who charge Zen to Star Trek Online will receive an added bonus on top of their discounts and savings. Charging will grant points that you can use to unlock additional rewards!*" being a hyperlink. Who the hell freaking does that? That web designer needs to be FIRED. That just looked like bolded white text, just like the Playstation comment found below it. Moronic!!

Please re-read what I said. I read the text and the hyperlinked text only looks like bolded, white test, not an underlined hyperlink unless you mouse hover over it. Geez,

I find that unfair, and will do whatever recourse I can to obtain satisfaction.
Read the hyperlink text again, specifically "Charging will grant points that you can use to unlock additional rewards!", in the OP you seemed completely unaware that you had to use a separate point system to purchase the Leeta reward, but just reading that one sentence should have made you aware and got you looking for how to spend them.
I understand that you found that curious and looked for more information, but I did not and they should have mentioned that the points need to be spent on a frikking website that is separate from what you used to buy the "points" that are Zen points.
And yes to the others I do believe I still have a recourse.

What I am looking for is to make things fairer and better for everyone going forward.
We are defending them because we don't see how anyone was intentionally (or unintentionally for that matter) misled on this. If you think I'm some kind of white Knight for Cryptic, go through my post history, cause I've been very critical about many things they've done.
Ok, you may not be but i still found the instructions misleading and I am trying to get justice from that.
