Outfit Slots all change to Uniform with no way to fix - PS4

All of my outfits are now locked as "Uniform" even the off duty ones I made before. If I go into to those slots, the off duty ones, it makes it so I can't do anything but have uniform peices, even the off duty clothes I already have oin can't be adjusted. Support prompted me to post here.
