"All That Glitters" EMH Doff reward box second function not working.

I saw that the EMH reward boxes were ment to give out rare Doff's however when i went to open it nothing happened but getting this text. I know this was a bug as said toon had 70 slots free.

I think you reached your duty officer limit...dismiss a duty officer or purchase the c store item to increase your duty officer roster

Thats not the problem. Like I said the toon had 70 slots free.
