No one else would want this, but it would make sense story-wise for our temporal agent selves to run into a grown-up Wesley Crusher as a Traveler and work with him to fix some time-reality-anomaly problem.
I'd love to run into the Traveler, he was one of my fav characters. I would not mind some early tng music...like the opening of Encounter at Farpoint.
Since we are in this temporal theme, why not a visit from Berlinghoff Rasmussen, like a mini game event where you have to get some artefacts and after a grind of 20 days you get his time ship shuttle.

And mentioning time travel and early TnG you guys got me thinking on a temporal plot. Sela in her remorse over the acts she set in motion goes back in time to prevent her own birth and undo the Iconian fiasco. Arrives to destroy Enterprise C so her mother can't be captured on it. Our characters go back to stop her but she launches the attack anyway. But instead breaks it from the timeline and sends it forward in time to meet the Enterprise D.

They have said several times that the series captains would cost too much. Especially their likenesses.
Cryptic had an interview with AoY explaining that, even if they could afford Shatner to do VA, the sheer cost of simply licensing out his face for the game would be prohibitively high.
Which is why the only time we see Kirk in AoY he is laying face down on the floor.

Yeah, that's the official name, but not everyone uses the official name. As long as people know what they are talking about, does it really make a difference if the official name is used or not? I mean hell, officially, the Enterprise used in TNG(which is also not official, it's an abbreviation) is the "U.S.S Enterprise NCC-1701-D." They don't even call it that in the show half the time though, it's just The Enterprise, or The Starship Enterprise. People don't use official names all the time. As long as you know what they are talking about, what real difference does it make?
