Web Access mission

I can't complete the mission "Web Access" on PS4. It says it's an active mission on my HUD, but when I go to New Romulus to do it I can't access the cave. I've read reports about needing to talk to the civilian scientist npc just left of the transporter at the crater but it will not activate even though it shows as being active in my mission menu. What am I missing? Is anyone else having this problem.

You should be ale to pick up the relevant mission from the MIssion Journal. It's "Overgrown Caves" that you need.
