No Reward for Hearts and Minds

after completing mission the quest simply vanishes from the "in progress" list and no completion dialog appears, no rewards are given, but mission still goes to incredibly long cooldown. Although this issue affected my 23c captain and my regular fed captain, everything worked perfectly on my romulan (fed) captain.

I am having a similar problem, but on my account the mission won't even show up in the available tab
