3d driver stops working

in Graphical and Sound Issues
I get this message that my 3D driver stops working. Then the game chrashes.
I thought it was because my Hard Drive was failing, (witch was) So now I installed a new HD and downloaded everything again and still get this problem.
Before I was working on windows 7 now I installed windows 10 .
Windows is completely updated.
Am I missing a step?

    System (and Video Card) specs might help the troubleshooting process.

    I wouldn't be surprised if your GPU is one of the AMD's. In that case, you are out of luck.
