K13 trait upgrades and racial traits text issue

I'm not entirely sure if this is a bug, but I bought the Superior Acute Senses ground trait upgrade for my Andorian science captain today on my fleet's K-13 holding, and I have no way of knowing if it's working or not. The text description for the Acute Senses portion of the Andorian racial traits still shows the stats for the original version of the trait, not the Superior version. I made sure to check this after leaving K-13 and going to DS9 just to be sure if it was a UI refresh issue, but the old stats were still there no matter where I went. It may be possible this is also the case for other racial traits that have corresponding upgrades at K-13 such as Mental Discipline which Vulcans have built into them.

How do I check to see if the upgrade I purchased for 100k fleet credits and a tidy sum of dilithium is working for my Andorian captain even though the race description text persistently shows the old stats? Please help or fix. Thank you for your time.

I have the same issue with two of my characters. My other 21 characters received the updated text/traits after a map change. Both of the characters that didn't get the superior traits are Tactical Characters: Human AoY Fed Tac and the other Trill Fed Tac.

I am happy that another one of my Tac characters can now slot kit frames. Hopefully our characters will eventually get the traits fixed too. The purchased traits are verified in that they don't show up a available item list in the Biologist store now too. We'll just have to wait and see. There's always something amiss.
