Didn't get credit for winter event

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I just turned in my 1000 tickets for the winter event and when I pressed to collect reward nothing happened. Then I tried to write a GM ticket in game and when I tried to view my ticket nothing is listed. Please help.

    You should have a 'box' in your Inventory that you can open to get your ship. Check there.
    Also, look for the Overflow Bag, just in case your Inventory was full.

    I had room in my inventory. Also the event quest was there again. Normally if you get credit the event quest changes to the trade tickets in for dilithium followup quest. Also even if it was in overflow I didn't recieve the 50k dil either.

    50k Dilithium? Are you sure...? Nothing in this event gives 50k Dilithium.
