Drydock slots

I was going to post this in my prior thread, but it's more then 30 days old.

Is there a workaround to get the free drydock slots to show up in the ship selections officer window? Because the free drydock slots aren't showing up for use properly, shows no free, when I know I have a certain number free, like 8 used out of 10, etc.

As it is right now, the free drydock slots are not showing up properly on many of my characters. There are more details are in my other thread. I just want what I purchased to show up properly as free drydock slots when I know I have some free, because they are sold only in increments of 5. And in many of my characters on my account it's showing no free dry dock slots, when I have like 6 or 8 used or how ever I have in dry dock for my characters. But STO shows no free drydock slots, instead of 2 or whatever is unused out of my total for a particular character. Is anyone else having similar problems? *shrugs*

I was also wondering if there are any updates on this?

Do the 5 extra dry dock slots you get for subscribing go away once you go back to free to play? one of my characters has 15 ships in dry dock, with 0 free, and after claiming todays giveaway I still had 0 free dry dock slots. So I was wondering if the 5 extra dry dock slots you get for subscribing go away after going back to free to play? Or if that happens is it a bug? Thank you again, and todays giveaway, 5 dry dock slots and 3 ship slots are most useful, thank you.
