Cannot post to exchange

Two of my characters cannot sell on the Exchange . . . when I try it says something along the lines of "Unable to post to Exchange, item put back into inventory". My other characters can post. I know if you have too many items in the exchange or mail, all of your characters are locked out of selling. Anyone else have this issue?

This occurs when you have items in the mail, it is not per account it is per character. You have to go to a mail box not click the icon by the mini map, and take all the items you have in the mail box. The limit is 40 btw, mixed between mail and exchange. Once those are cleared out you can post to the exchange again.

I know about the limit but I thought it was per account. Anyway, I cleared out about 15 items and still can't post. Posting on the exchange was fine up to about 2 weeks ago, I did not have 15+ items expire on the exchange and gum up my mailbox.

Yea the limit is per toon,

How many items do you have up for sale on that toon? If its not 49 and his mailbox is empty of expired exchange mails, them you have some kind of bug and need to file a ticket through the arc page.

I just remembered there use to be a bug in the mail that would total all exchange expired and block you that way.
