[Minor Bug] Can get more than 1 BOFF on New Romulus

If you're in an instanced mission on New Romulus and do a PVE queue, when you come back you'll be outside on the surface of New Romulus with all 4 BOFFs.

Don't think it could really be an exploit per se but thought I should mention it.
