PLEASE HELP ME --- Bugged Main Character ( Ground )

Hallo Everyone,
like the title already tells,
My Main Character is bugged BIG TIME
I have this Problems with Ground Set Boni´s and the resultings
passiv and active Abilities since at least a year
-- (Omega, MACO, Nakuhl) Passiv Buffs don´t get activated and they don´t show up
-- 3 Set Bonus Abilities -- ( clicky's ) don´t show up -- can not be used
yesterday i did a Respec
BIG MISTAKE ...
My Main Character is no longer able to do anything
"Tray Powers *P* " List is empty it does not show any Abilities
no Kits Modules Powers
not even "Jab" or "Punch" no Captain abilites no "Cardiopulmonary Resuscition"
only the Devices I slot show up
also the Reputation Tier 5 Ground Skills but nothing else
i got no attacks
all weapons i equip do nothing ... not even the symbols change
I just checked my Traits ... the box is empty ...
BUT when i check each of them
THEY ALL ARE CHECKED .... GROUND AND SPACE

Did you try btw just in case to put (unmark then mark) traits (and RESKILL space and ground skill trees, put back items if missing, ground shortcuts/hotbars and all relevant things while there) while in social areas? (or, if not kit frames/modules, and if space shortcuts, on space possibly?)
Sorry really, no idea - I hope support can help you! Not seeing even captain abilities gained by level, as well as no passives for set equipped on you/currently on ground boffs, no jab as you said and no weapon shortcuts while you are screened using a weapon, seems alarming to newbie me.
P.S.
I don't think it could help but just in case - did you try to force verify your files on client ? (check this option box on client/launcher's option and save then restart client/launcher - it's a time consuming procedure though in which your files are check/compared and verified)
it is the same evertime i get a brand new trait
from Lock box or exchange , the new Trait is "STUCK" (as a 11th Trait) for a while
But this might not be the issue... I don't have a clue
Anyway do NOT buy a respec now (again) unless being told by support for some reason.
Sorry, am out of this topic as really have no idea and my guess here seems to fail.
At least, change maps or something to trigger a reload of info from the server.

is there a console command to reset the hole Power Tray / hot bar thingy ?
If I were you, I would do the following:
1. Check if your space abilities are affected as well. Do they show up in your space tray? Check both system space and sector space.
2. Submit an in-game bug report with the following information:
- your character name and account name
- links to screenshots of the problem
- a link to this forum thread
Copy down the ticket number of the in-game bug report.3. Open a customer support ticket with the following information on https://support.arcgames.com:
- your character name and account name
- links to screenshots of the problem

Not sure which one would help with what you have???
Your STO program looks like it got corrupted, somehow....maybe when you were adding another program to your computer? Don't know if Windows or anything else would mess with programs allocated to their own folder, though.
You are probably going to be asked to uninstall and reinstall the STO program by the support folks.
I would make sure STO program is inside its own folder inside the Perfect World Entertainment folder....that, hopefully, should discourage any weirdness caused by additional programs.

of course all the traits are messed up ....
the only thing that keeps disappearing on me is my "Distribute Shield (Facings)" no matter how often i saved my Loadouts ... ...

i got my Ground powers are back Power Tray works again
my oldest ship i keept in my Roster (Tholain Recluse)
still got a very old load
Damn it .... the Set Boni still don*t work

no Skill is spend,
no trait is active
no Reputation stuff
no Specialization
no Duty Officer
no nothing ...
where does this Resistences come from .... ?
the only thing i can not deaktivate are the Accolade based Resistences ... but they would only give "+2 %"
What did you do to your loadouts to get back your ground abilities? Did you create a new loadout? Modify an existing one?
Where did you take this screenshot? It says you are level 60, but fighting at level 50. Try checking your stats on a normal ground map that doesn't adjust your level.
I would still file an in-game bug report and a customer support ticket if I were you. Your character data still appears corrupted to me. Loadouts should not affect ground abilities. Your set bonuses still don't appear, and you seem to have damage resistances coming from nowhere.
And yes, I know I said I am out of this topic (meant as I couldn't help) but was following to see and hope if others helped.
Anyway this post is not an advice, what frtoaster for example gave is an advice (a good one in my newbie eyes). and good luck

My Main Character also has these (minor) problems
Q / Winter Wonderland = Q Character is not able to transform me when i question him
instead there is a item placed in my inventory - the "use" function does not work --- don´t get triggered
Dyson Battle Ground (I love it there):
- Dyson Command Credits (for calling reinforcmence) collecting works perfectly !! :-D
- wide range Battle Ground Buffs collecting does not work
- - - - - > clarification -- > i collect them - - > but NOT A SINGLE BUFF is applied

- - - > on the other hand ..... Buffs on this little Plattforms CAN be collected and GET APPLIED

on my other Characters these things work just fine
