[Resolved] Unable to select purchased Romulan Pilot Warbird ships via the Starship Selection Officer

I purchased the Romulan Pilot Warbird Bundle via the C-Store. I went to the Starship Selection Officer and didn't see them, so I claimed them for 0 zen via the Starship and Shuttle Requisition station. I've also claimed the pack repeatedly in the C-Store and received the confirmations below multiple times. I've switched characters, exited and restarted the game, and still am unable to see the ships when I visit the Starship Selection Officer. I've even tried visiting a different Starship Selection Officer, but I don't see the new ships there, either. I have three Active Ship Slots, now, though I only had one at the time of initial purchase.
