Cannot post items for Sale on Exchange

One my characters, Colbert@MuscularBeaver cannot post anything for sale on the Exchange. I've filed bug reports and requested GM help but got no reply. When I try to post items for sale, I get an error saying "Unable to Post Items for Sale. Items are being returned to your inventory" whenever I try. I've never had this problem before aside from the past few weeks. Is this a known bug or am I doing something wrong? None of my other characters have any trouble selling items.
