Romulus Intro Movie

I think the issue with the Intro movie always playing when we land on Romulus and not being able to get staging area mission is due to it now being forced in the Episodes list. Plus if you leveled up, you can't even go there and earn marks until you get to the episodes. And AOY and DR can't even use skip to get those when the level allows.

A friend told me today when I tried to comment on a similar issue - just (accept and) do/skip ALL the missions in New Romulus line, one by one.
You may do this by: J->Episodes->New Romulus (accept all you can by order to have those open/"active"; skip/do the missions by order to get to the next ones)

Unsure I correctly understood the details in that advice, and unsure it help as I had no such issue myself, but if you have the issue already, you may try if you like and report back please if you tried so we can learn more

You might have to actually do the 1st non replayable one. Talk to NPC if you need. Also, if you can't get the first mission on this line on level 50 by J->Episodes->New Romulus, then I'm probably unable to help though (Can you somehow be sent to New Romulus from ESD/DS9/Q'onos? I have no idea. Are there any specific quests/line requirements? -My AoY's finished all those tasks in NR without yet finishing multiple low level ARCs, though.)

The issue with the DR and AOY is they don't allow you to advance with skip to many arcs even if you are leveled up over it. And this is one of them as skip is unable to be selected.

Found the solution.

We aren't directed to speak to the Romulan on ESD in Quinn's office. Speak to her to pick up the Romulan Aid mission then go to New Romulus. It let's you go through the arc.

But once solution is found, and as his solution was mentioned in my post briefly, I give the credit for strathkin (beside for you for finding it off course) as I recall he contributed this solution before
